J <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> December 20, 1966 <br /> 1 . The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:40 P.M. on Tuesday, December 20, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Mesenbring, Dr. Thomas Emond, Duane Miedtke, Louis Howitz, Fred <br /> Katterheinrich <br /> Absent: Donald Kronk, Curtis Englund <br /> Also Present: Harry Lekson <br /> 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of November 15, 1966 and the special <br /> meeting of December 5, 1966 were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings - None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Dr. Emond, it was moved that <br /> Joe Malet appear at the next Planning Board meeting to discuss his request for <br /> a garage addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved that the <br /> Council deny the request of Mr . Van Puken for a garage permit at this time, as <br /> they would like to discuss this request with him at the next Planning Board <br /> Meeting. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> c. Upon motion by Or. Emond, seconded by Mesenbring, ft w" fwved to <br /> recommend the Council to grant a rear yard variance of 10 feet on Lot 6, Block <br /> 1 , Olsons Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> d. No action was taken on Kenzie permit. <br /> e. Upon motion by Katterheinrich, seconded by Miedtke, it was moved to <br /> recommend the Council to approve Ledwein Carpet Co. request to move sign to <br /> new location. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> f. Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Katterheinrich to recommend approval <br /> by the Council the request by Robert Hall to divide 28.945 from the front of <br /> Lot 7, Block 4, St. Anthony Sky Croft Manor Addition and add it to Lot 3, <br /> Auditors Subdivision No. 377. Also Leon Mills requests approval to divide <br /> 28.945 from the rear of lot 3, Auditors Subdivision and add to Lot 7, Block 4, <br /> St. Anthony Sky Croft Manor Addition. <br />
