Berg to .suggest to the Council -that they might <br /> consider a reference to. berming., as a. means of by-passing the City <br /> ordinance, when they -are considering the first reading of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> Motion by Mr. Bjorklund and seconded. by Mr. Peterson to recommend <br /> Council adoption of Ordinance . 1982-00.3, with the suggested amend- <br /> ments , finding that the ordinance can, be expected to:. <br /> (.1) . .facilitate communications between neighbors ; <br /> (2) reduce .the number. of conflicts and disagreements between <br /> neighbors ; <br /> (3) reduce encroachment .problems ; and, <br /> (.4) reduce nuisances and injuries from dangerously constructed <br /> • fences in St. Anthony. <br /> Motion 'carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mrs . .
