1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES October 19 , 1982 The meeting was called -to order. by Chairman Jones at 7 :35 P .M. Present for roll call : Jones , Bj.orklund, Zawislak, Peterson. Absent: Bowerman, Sopcinski , Makowske. Also present: Ron Berg, Administrative Assistant. The following corrections were made to .the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held September 21, 1982 : Page 5, para. 2 : Substitute "didn' t" for "hadn 't" in. line 8. Page 5 : Add in subdivision (1) after- paragraph 5 "particular" after "this " and before "type The following .corrections- were made to the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held October 5 , 1982 : Page 1, para. 11: Line 2 substitute "at the south entrance into the center" for "along Silver Lake Road" . • Page 2 , para. 3 : Line 10 substitute "snow" for "slow" . Page 2 , para. 4 : Line 2 substitute "at the south entrance into the center" for "along Silver Lake Road Page 2 , para. 6 : After line 5 -add "The proposed hours of operation are 10 : 30. A.M. . to .11:00. P.M. daily, except Friday and Saturday to midnight" . Motion by Mr. Bjorklund and seconded by Mr. Peterson to approve as amended the minutes of the Planning Commission for September 21, 1982 and October 5 , 1982 . Motion carried unanimously . As there was no business on the agenda other than review of the Sign Ordinance, it was agreed by the Commission members there would be no need for a Commission representative to the Council meeting of October 26 , 1982 . a The Commission reviewed the first twelve of the sixteen pages of the proposed Sign Ordinance. Suggestions for change and modification were noted by Mr. Berg. It was agreed the remainder of the ordinance would be reviewed at the next Planning _Commission meeting, November 16 , 1982 .
