Precedents for similar variances had been established in the immediate <br /> vicinity for monument signs (_.St. Anthony Townhomes, Goodyear Tire Center, <br /> Cadawal,lader Realty, etc. ); <br /> • 2. No opposition to the sign expressed during the hearing or to staff prior to <br /> the, hearing; and. <br /> 3. The applicant has consistently followed up on any earlier agreements he had <br /> with the City related to this property. <br /> Motion carried .unanimously. <br /> 10: 15 P.M. hearing on setback variance and subdivision without platting. <br /> Petitioner absent in spite of form letter relating to requirement to be present. <br /> Neighbor across 27th present earlier in. evening to express concern with what he <br /> perceives to be a problem with parking on his side of the street now. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Bjorklund and seconded by Commissioner Madden to table <br /> the request for a setback variance and subdivision without platting for an <br /> addition to the Standard Station, 2812-27th Avenue N.E. and to move property line <br /> to accommodate the addition. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
