Mr. Childs suggested the Commission hold the hearing to take any <br /> 38 testimony in opposition to the project and then table the matter until accurate <br /> 39 description of the property can be obtainedl­fr,;omthe applicant. He said although <br /> 40 not legally required to do so, he would probably republish the notice of the <br /> 41 hearing-with-- aniamended�,deser,,ipti:on of--the;,vari--ance -whi'_c_h-.would�-b--,r.equ-ire_d <br /> 42 and send notices to the same neighbors who had received the first notice. <br /> 43 -- <br /> l 44 Jos: T.
