The consensus was that a fresh start <br /> 32 should be made related to the sequence of appearance before the <br /> 33 Council. <br /> j 34 <br /> 35 PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 36 <br /> i 37 Side Yard Setback Variance for Dwayne Nelson, 3412 Roosevelt Street <br /> 38 N.E. <br />{ 39 <br /> 40 The hearing was opened at 7 : 42 P.M. by Chair Franzese. She read the <br />] 41 notice of the hearing which had been published in the March 4 , 1987 <br /> 42 Bulletin and mailed to all property owners of record within 200 feet <br /> 43 of the subject property.
