No one present <br /> 30 reported failure to receive the notice or objected to its content <br /> 31 although a difference in interpretation of the petitioners ' application <br /> 32 evolved during the hearing. <br /> 33 Manager Points Out Discrepancies Between Notice and Materials Submitted <br /> 34 by the Applicant That Evening <br /> 35 Mr. Childs said he had not personally taken this application and had <br /> 36 based the wording of the notice on the drawings and the sign company's <br /> 37 October 30th letter attached to the application.
