Restaurant <br /> 23 Testimony had been taken during the public hearing on the request from <br /> 24 Michael Farrell for the necessary variances to the City Sign Ordinance <br /> 25 to allow three signs on the remodeled Mickey D' s Restaurant at 2905 <br /> 26 Kenzie Terrace. However, because there was a lack of quorum of. <br /> 27 Commissioners to make a decision, the hearing was continued to the <br /> *8 November- 30th Commission meeting. <br />
