CALL TO ORDER <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Chairperson Faust called the Planning Commission Meeting to <br /> 11 order at 7 : 30 p .m. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Commissioners Present : Thompson, Franzese, Gondorchin , Murphy, <br /> 16 Werenicz, Madden , and Faust <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and Management Assistant <br /> 19 Urbia <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Chairman Faust noted that this was Commissioner Thompson ' s <br /> 22 first meeting. He was welcomed by the Chairperson and <br /> 23 Commissioners . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 3 . APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 18 , 1992 PLANNING <br /> 26 COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Motion by Madden , second by Murphy to approve the minutes of <br /> 9 the February 18 , 1992 Planning Commission Meeting as presented <br /> 30 and there were no corrections . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 33 <br /> 34 4 . DESIGNATION OF COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO THE APRIL 28 , 1992. <br /> 35 OR MAY 12 , 1992 CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Commissioner Madden will represent the Planning Commission <br /> 38 Meeting on either April 28th or May 12th. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 City Manager Burt explained that the item which will determine <br /> 41 when a Planning Commissioner will have to attend a Council <br /> 42 Meeting is the conditional use permit being requested by Adel <br /> 43 Alwan for his Sheik' s Garden Restaurant.. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 At this point in the Planning Commission Meeting Mr . Alwan was <br /> 46 not in attendance. It was felt if he did not attend, the <br /> 47 request would not be discussed in any detail . <br /> 48 <br /> 49 <br /> 50 5.
