STAFF UPDATE <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The City Manager advised that soil tests are presently being <br /> 15 conducted on the Rosie' s Restaurant and the Good Luck Cafe <br /> 16 properties . <br /> 17 <br /> 18 He also advised the Minneapolis Park Board has begun a lawsuit <br /> 19 against the Metropolitan Transit Commission. The matter of <br /> 20 contention is the bus route which runs on a parkway in the <br /> 21 City. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 7 . COMMISSIONER' S COMMENTS <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The City Council and the Planning Commission is scheduled to <br /> 26 hold a joint meeting on August 18th at 6: 00 p.m. The Mayor has <br /> commented he would like the Planning Commission to be more <br /> �8 pro-active. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 8 .
