1 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> 2 AUGUST 18 , 1992 <br /> PAGE 4 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 It will be known if there will be a need to purchase a small <br /> 8 portion of land owned by a resident for the roadway when the <br /> 9 roadway design is done. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Commissioner Gondorchin inquired if there is an easement next <br /> 12 to the road. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The City Manager stated that the City typically has a fifteen <br /> 15 foot right-of-way on either side of a road. There is a berm <br /> 16 planned for the area in question. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Commissioner Gondorchin wondered if there is a possiblity to <br /> 19 buy the parcel at 2715 Coolidge Street . The City Manager <br /> 20 responded that this could be a possiblity if there are plans <br /> 21 to enlarge the project . He noted that if the project were to <br /> 22 be enlarged the entire process would have to be gone through <br /> 23 again. Presently, the plan is to leave it as it is presently <br /> 24 zoned. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 The resident at 2817 St . Anthony Boulevard inquired if there <br /> 27 are any plans for the triangular shaped land adjacent to the <br /> service station. The City Manager said the City will be <br /> negotiating with the owner of the service station on this <br /> 0 parcel as it .will be available. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The Public Hearing was closed at 7 : 52 p.m. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Gondorchin, second by Madden to recommend to the <br /> 35 City Council to amend the City of St . Anthony Comprehensive <br /> 36 Land Use Plan on Lots 3, 4 , and 5. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 39 <br /> 40 5. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 41 <br /> 42 A. Apache Plaza Redevelopment Plan <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Using an overhead, the City Manager reviewed the Apache Plaza <br /> 45 Redevelopment Plan . On the site plan, he noted the location of <br /> 46 the present stores and buildings, theproposed demolition <br /> 47 area, the location of a proposed super market and the proposed <br /> 48 expansion of the development . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br /> • <br />
