APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 16, 1993 PLANNING MINUTES. <br /> 23 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Madden and seconded by Commissioner <br /> G15 . Franzese to approve the minutes of the November 16, 1993 <br /> 26 Planning Commission Meeting with the following corrections : <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Page 2, Line 23 : Commissioner Gordorchin will attend the <br /> 29 December 13 , 1993 City Council meeting instead of <br /> 30 Commissioner Madden. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Page 4 , Line 13 : The total square footage of the Hardee ' s <br /> 33 sign is 64 .44 feet instead of 86 . 6.4 feet . <br /> 34' <br /> 35 Page 7, Line 22 : Delete the remaining phrase after the word <br /> 36 "hardship. " <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Page 8, Line 11 : Replace the word "it" with "building" . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Page 8, Line 16 : Replace the word "building" with the word <br /> 41 "business" . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 44 <br /> 405 IV.
