CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> .5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at <br /> 6 7:01 P.M. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Commissioners present: Bergstrom, Makowske, Horst, Faust, Franzese, and Thompson. <br /> 9 Commissioners absent: Gondorchin <br /> 10 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant, Ruth McLaurin, Recording <br /> 11 Secretary. <br /> 12 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 18, 1995 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. <br /> 13 Chair Bergstrom asked if there were any additions or changes to the July 18, 1995 Planning <br /> 14 Commission agenda. <br /> 165 Commissioner Franzese requested the addition of three items: <br /> 16 E. Conditional Use Permits <br /> 17 F. Current Developments and Updates-Apache <br /> 18 G. Community Center/City Hall Plans-Update <br /> 19 Motion by Franzese, second by Makowske, to approve the Planning Commission agenda for <br /> 20 July 18, 1995. <br /> 21 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 22 IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 20, 1995 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES. <br /> 23 Motion by Makowske, second by Franzese, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br /> 24 June 20, 1995 as presented. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 V. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 27 There were no Public Hearings scheduled for this meeting. <br /> • <br />
