Ms. Rhees stated she is
24 awaiting the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Upon receipt of the CIP, she will complete the
25 Indexes and submit the draft Comprehensive Plan to the Metropolitan Council. Ms. Moore-
26 Sykes stated the CIP will be submitted to Ms. Rhees shortly.
27 Chair Bergstrom noted that it is a State Regulation that the Planning Commission review the
28 CIP.
29 Ms. Moore-Sykes stated she would supply the Planning Commission with a copy of the CIP
30 in October and also a complete copy of the Comprehensive Plan Update.
There was Commission consensus that they did not require a copy of the entire
Comprehensive Plan Update, only the Appendices.
