Bergstrom <br /> 2 responded that he believed the project was with the Public Works Department and the Parks <br /> 3 Commission. <br /> 4 Stille commented that he believed the City was on the right track regarding the Rice Creek <br /> 5 Watershed District issue. But he believed that the enforcement issue would rest on the Watershed <br /> 6 District. Additionally, Stille noted that the City of Richfield has some successful programs re- <br /> 1 garding watershed. <br /> 8 X.
