He indicated he would see if the County would not instead deed that parcel to the City . Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to adopt the resolution which approves Hennepin County ' s request that Plat 63604 , Parcel 9020 (_Parcel A) , a forfeited parcel of land , be sold at public auction.
