Childs, City Manager <br /> ----------------------------------------------- - --- ------------------------ <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT Attached is a copy of the Kenzie Terrace <br /> P.U.D. , Phase 1 with several amendments. First, based on Planning Commission, City <br />'a= <br /> Council and market study input, two levels of enclosed parking are included. Due <br />? to site characteristics (and also soils , I believe) , the lower level of parking is <br /> t half underground and half aboveground. The second level is above the first level <br /> with four stories above the parking. The result is a height of 49 feet at the <br /> eaves and 64 feet to the top of the roof pitch. There are also some items regarding <br /> the side abutting the mobile home park which should be discussed. Because of <br /> ongoing negotiations, these will be discussed at the meeting. Finally, the architect <br /> will have a drawing which shows the building shadow with respect to neighboring <br /> properties.
