The additional space gained will help justify <br /> the high cost of the land. <br /> 2 . The proposed building addition would eliminate existing and <br /> future possible problems associated with having a residential <br /> house amidst light industrial buildings . <br /> 3 . At the time the city of St . Anthony rezoned the above mentioned <br /> property to light industrial , there was an existing house on <br /> the site . This residential home could create potential <br /> problems for existing and future light industrial development . <br /> Donatelle Properties will be solving three problems as a result <br /> of buying and- removing the existing house. They are as follows : <br /> 1 . Eliminating the homeowners possibility of not receiving <br /> a fair market value for the house because of the undesir- <br /> able location. <br /> 2 . Eliminating any problem that the city may encounter with <br /> having a� residential house on an industrial site. <br /> 3 .
