T U I T I O N The fee for either program is $25 per person and includes lunch, refreshment breaks and handout materials. A full refund of the F� fee will be,made if the registration is cancelled 48 hours in advance of the program. Substitutions for registered participants may be made at any time. } Applications for registration on the attached form should be re- ceived at least one week prior to the workshop date. Space in most locations is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
