Childs , City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: This is a request to split Lot 8, Block 4, <br /> Moundsview Acres (4009 Fordham Drive) into two single family lots . The proposed <br /> lots would be approximately 62.25' X 296 ' each and two new single family homes <br /> would be built on the lots . Because the Zoning Ordinance requires a lot width <br /> of 75' , a variance is required for the narrower lots .
