CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br /> September 25, 1984 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 9:02 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Sundland, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br /> and Commissioners Ranallo and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs, Executive Director. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth to approve <br /> as presented the minutes of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting <br /> held September 11 , 1984. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to <br /> approve payment of $450 to 0. J. Janski and Associates for inspection and a <br /> real estate appraisal of the Mimosa Restaurant property for the 202 senior <br /> housing project. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Childs indicated that just as soon as Mr. Janski 's appraisal of the Walbon <br /> property is completed, the H.R.A. should be able to discuss the proposal to <br /> develop that tract for townhouses. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Makowske to <br /> adjourn the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting at 9:05 P.M. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
