ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> PETITION FOR VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November <br /> 20 , 1984 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose : <br /> Consideration of a request from St. Anthony Health Center, <br /> 3700 Foss Road N.E. , for a variance to allow construction of <br /> an additional 16 units with regard ,to the proposed senior <br /> rental housing building recently approved and which is to <br /> be located on the existing vacant parcel directly west of the <br /> existing health care center and described as Lot 8 (exc . the <br /> N 75 feet of the E 1/2) and all of Lots 9 , 10 , 11, 12 , and <br /> 13, Block 11 , Mounds View Acres Second Addition, Ramsey <br /> County. The applicant proposes an increase in the previously <br /> approved number of units from 84 to 100 units for a total of <br /> 165 units on the site . The Ordinance allows 119 units on <br /> the site . No additional height modifications are requested <br /> beyond the four stories approved on July 24 , 1984 by the City <br /> Council . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter shall <br /> be heard at said time and place.
