Mayor Pro Tem Ranallo said he perceived at this time the Council had been <br /> provided with only intangibles and he foresaw the residents would demand more <br /> tangible evidence of the worth of the service. <br /> Mr. Clausen requested that before the work session is held, the Council members <br /> talk to League of Cities members who are participating i,n the program to find out <br /> first hand how they see the program,lis worth to their communities.
