Chi 1 ds, -City Manager <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: The St. Anthony Health Center recently received <br /> approval for a 4 story, 84 unit senior apartment-type facility in conjunction with <br /> their existing Health Care Center. In their final planning process, they feel that <br /> their site design would better accommodate 97 units. The attached plans show their <br /> proposal .
