<br /> plete said-project- in strict accordance with said Agreement', advertisement-for
<br /> bids, general conditions, information for bidders, Iproposal, plans, specifications
<br /> and related�dd tt shall comply with all the requirements of the Laws of the
<br /> State of -NII�allk —. , shall pay as they become due all just claims for work,
<br /> tools, machine
<br /> ry, skill, materials, insurance premiums, equipment and supplies, for
<br /> the completion of the contract in accordance with its terms, and shall defend, in-

<br /> damages, claims, demands, expenses, costs and charges of every kind, including
<br /> patent infringement claims, except as otherwise provided in said specifications
<br /> and other contract documents, arising out of or in relation to the performance of
<br /> said work and the provisions of said Agreement, then this Bond shall be void, other-
<br /> wise it shall remain in full force and effect.
<br /> This obligation is made for the use of the Obligee and of all persons doing
<br /> work or furnishing skill, tools, .machinery, or, materials, or insurance premiums,
<br /> or equipment, or supplies for''any camp maintained for• the feeding or keeping of
<br /> men or animals, 'or' any combination thereof, engaged under or for the purpose of
<br /> the execution of said Agreement and be sued on thereby in the name of said Obligee.
<br /> The said. Surety, for value received, hereby stipulates and agrees that no
<br /> change,,extension of_time,,_alteration or addition to. the terms of said Agreement
<br /> or to the work to be performed thereunder or the specifications accompanying the
<br /> same, shall. in any wise affect its obligations on this Bond, and it does hereby
<br /> waive. notic'e of any such change, extension of time, alteration or addition to the
<br /> terms of the Agreement as to the work or to the specifications.
