MISCELLANEOUS <br /> 2 Chair Madden noted that St. Anthony Self-Storage has a wall sign on the <br /> 3 upper part of their building facing west, as well as a very large lawn <br /> 4 sign. <br /> 5 He also noted that although Hardee's originally agreed to erect a <br /> 6 masonry base around their sign, the base as constructed is stucco. <br /> 7 Commissioner Hansen expressed the opinion that the "Vargas" sign across <br /> 8 the street from Hardee's did not meet the definition of substantial <br /> 9 construction, and suggested that the Commission recommended either its <br /> 10 removal or that it be brought up to City code.
