ain 'hr <br /> Ula aOVAL : <br /> DATE : A P PR <br /> DECEMBER 14 , 1989 <br /> To : planning Commission Members <br /> FROM : Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> I TEM : SETBACK VARIANCE FROM NEDEGAARD CONSTRUCTION FOR <br /> EVERGREEN TOWNHOMES <br /> Nedegaard Construction Company Incorporated has requested an eight foot <br /> variance to the front yard setback requirement of the City Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> The variance would allow 2 units of the Evergreen Townhomes development, <br /> Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 or 3414 and 3416 Silver Lane, to have a 22 foot <br /> front yard setback instead of the required 30 foot setback <br /> Nedegaard architects discovered after the footings were in place that- <br /> the footings did not meet the 30 foot setback requirement. Nedegaard <br /> immediately notified the City of the mistake, which in turn resulted in <br /> the variance request here. <br /> The setback variance would not have an adverse impact upon the land <br /> area. <br /> :cjk.12.19. 89 <br />
