We <br /> were under the impression that the lots lines .met all setback <br /> requirements and that .the individual units could not exceed the <br /> lot lines. -We have now been advised that the units to be <br /> located on Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Evergreen Townhomes, do not <br /> meet the City's setback requirements. We, therefore, request an <br /> eight foot front yard variance from 30 feet to 22 feet on these <br /> two lots. <br /> In support .of our request, we would like to point out that the <br /> units to be located on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 will. all be one-story <br /> townhouses with the grade not exceeding street level, and there <br /> is a retaining wall that should effectively eliminate any <br /> adverse impact on neighboring property.
