Burt : <br /> Enclosed herewith please find information concerning our request <br /> for variance for permanent directional signs at Autumn Woods <br /> Apartments . <br /> We are asking that a directional sign be allowed at our southerly <br /> entrance off of Kenzie Terrace, which sign would be 5 feet by 3 <br /> feet mounted on the ground with a 12 inch skirt showing the <br /> direction into our C Building for addresses 2552, 2560 and 2568, <br /> in addition to a directional to our rental center at 2600 Kenzie <br /> Terrace . <br /> The second directional sign would be located south of the <br /> entryway into the A Building parking lot that would direct <br /> traffic to the rental center , the A Building and the individual <br /> addresses of the B Building starting with 2572 through 2612 . <br /> This sign Would be 5 feet by 3 feet mounted on the ground with a <br /> 12 inch skirt. <br /> The third directional sign would be located in front of the <br /> canopy of the B Building indicating rental center , 2600 Kenzie <br /> Terrace, which sign will be 5 feet by 3 feet mounted on the <br /> ground with a 12 inch skirt . <br /> The fourth directional sign will be located at the end of the <br /> parking lot between the B and C Buildings indicating addresses <br /> 2572 and 2576. This sign will be 36 inches by 20 3/4 inches <br /> mounted on the ground with a 8 inch skirt around the base . <br /> The first directional sign will be landscaped with flowers and <br /> small shrubs with the ground built up to get the sign off the <br /> curb line level . Each of the other signs will be landscaped with <br /> flowers and shrubs to draw attention to the signs. <br />
