Anthony Shopping Center because the <br /> 15 extended hours are necessary. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Assistant VanderHeyden then informed the Commissioners <br /> 19 up for reappointment that the deadline for application <br /> 20 is December 12 , 1989 .
