Anthony : <br /> As a representative of Video Update #11 in St . Anthony , I am <br /> applying for a sign variance , which I have been informed , is <br /> required .to fulfill a replacement of an old sign with a lit <br /> sign to be installed in a different spot on our building . <br /> It has been determined that this new signage will provide us with <br /> much needed exposure that has been lacking on the front of the <br /> store . This change will help us remain competitive in the video <br /> rental business . <br /> The existing sign consists of 2-4 square feet and will be replaced <br /> by one that is 'P-.S square feet . The location will be moved from <br /> the front wall to the roof-like structure above the sidewalk . <br /> The replacement sign is being purchased from another video store <br /> that went out of business , and consists of individual letters <br /> that are lit by neon tubing . We will be installing the letters on <br /> the building and then bringing in an electrician to connect the <br /> power lines . <br /> Craig M.
