ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REQUEST <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, February <br /> 20, 1990 at 8 :05 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner of the building) for <br /> the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from Duane M. Fisher, 5540 Schutta <br /> Road, Shoreview, Minnesota, to amend the City zoning ordinance <br /> so as to change the zoning at 3301 Stinson Boulevard from R-3 <br /> (Townhomes) to C (Commercial) . The change in zoning is being <br /> requested so that a retail flower shop may be constructed. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
