ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> TO WHOM IT ,14AY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April <br /> 17 , 1990 . Public Hearings begin at 7: 30 P.M. and are held in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter <br /> northeast corner of the building) . The Planning Commission will <br /> meet to: <br /> Consider a request from Barbara Zielinska/H. C. <br /> Zawieruszynski , 2610-37th Avenue N.E. to allow a 15 foot front <br /> yard setback from the 30 foot front yard setback required by <br /> the City Ordinance ( 15 foot variance) . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
