ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CONDITIONAL USE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, April <br /> 17 , 1990. Public Hearings begin at 7: 30 P.M. and are held in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall , 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter <br /> northeast corner of the building) . The Planning Commission will <br /> meet to: <br /> Consider a request from Weis Companies, 3601 Minnesota Drive, <br /> Suite 110, Minneapolis , Minnesota, for an amendment to the <br /> Zoning Ordinance to provide for self-service storage as a <br /> specifically listed Conditional Use in a Commercial District. <br /> Upon approval of the Zoning Ordinance Amendment, applicant is <br /> seeking a conditional use in a "C" , commercial district for <br /> construction of a self-service storage facility to be located <br /> on 2 . 5 acres adjacent to the northwest corner of Apache Plaza. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
