Planning Commission Meeting - December 18, 1989 <br /> 22 <br /> �3 Motion by Brownell , second by Hansen to approve the Planning Commission <br /> 24 December 19, 1989 meeting minutes with the following changes/corrections: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Page 4, Line 49: Correct "a" to "an" <br /> �7 Page 15, Line 43: Correct "Brown" to "Brownell" <br /> 28 <br /> �9 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 30. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 DESIGNATE COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO MARCH 13, 1990 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Commissioner Werenicz will attend the March 13, 1990 Council Meeting as a <br /> 35 representative of the Planning Commission. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 PUBLIC HEARINGS ' <br /> 38 <br /> 39 A. Video Update, 2510 Kenzie Terrace, Craig Belisle - Sign Variance Request <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Chairperson Madden opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 P.M. He read the Hearing <br /> 42 Notice which was published in the February 7, 1990, edition of the St. Anthony <br /> 43 Bulletin. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 The proposed sign will be three feet by sixteen and one-half feet for a total <br /> 46 of forty-nine and one-half feet. It will be placed on the mansard part of the <br /> 47 roof and will be neon encased. <br /> 48 <br /> _ 49 VanderHeyden advised the Commission that City files reflect that Video. Update <br /> 50 had not petitioned for a sign variance for the original second sign when it <br />
