ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, <br /> September 18 , 1990 at 7 : 35 P.M. . Public Hearings are held in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter <br /> northeast corner of the building) . The Planning Commission will <br /> meet to: <br /> Consider a request by Nedegaard Construction Company, Inc. , <br /> • Evergreen Townhomes, located at approximately 3412 Silver <br /> Lane, for a variance to the City Sign Ordinance to allow four <br /> monument signs instead of the permitted one per multi-unit <br /> development. <br /> Each sign surface area is 10. 857 square feet. The total sign <br /> surface area for all four signs would be 43 . 428 square feet, <br /> which is below the 50 square feet allotted by the ordinance. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
