Burt, City Manager <br /> ITEM: REQUEST TO CHANGE STREET ADDRESS <br /> I received a petition from John Madden and his neighbors, <br /> requesting their street address be changed from 37th Avenue to Foss <br /> Road. Three of the four units have signed the petition and I was <br /> told the fourth does not want the address changed. <br /> I have attached a list of what and who the City must contact if a <br /> change is made. In addition to this, the property owner must <br /> change their address on all subscriptions, bank accounts, credit <br /> cards, etc. . <br /> In many cities, address changes are handled administratively. <br /> Since St. Anthony does not have a history of changing. street <br /> addresses, I would like the City Council to decide if a change <br /> should occur. <br /> Since all the owners do not agree to the change, the City Council <br /> may want to give this decision close consideration. <br /> s <br />
