A multi-unti complex is allowed 50 square feet of <br /> sign surface area. The four signs being requested would still be within <br /> the allotted square footage, the total being 43.428 square feet. <br /> The applicant's petition for variance, the applicable section of the <br /> sign ordinance and the signage plans are attached for your review. A <br /> representative from Nedegaard Construction Company, Inc. , will be <br /> present to answer any questions. <br />
