CALL TO ORDER <br /> 7 <br /> 8 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance _ <br /> 9 led by Chairman Madden. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 2. ROLL CALL <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Present: -Faust, Murphy, Hansen, Madden, Brownell, Werenicz <br /> 14 Absent: Franzese <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Also present: Susan VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> 17 <br /> 18 3. AGENDA: Chairman Madden said there would be no need for approval <br /> 19 of an agenda for Planning Commission meetings because members of the <br /> 20 Commission were free to bring up any business before adjournment. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 4. OCTOBER 16, 1990 PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Page 1, line 20 add: "as amended" after "minutes." <br /> 25 Page 1, line 37 begin: Light Industrial at 3816 Foss Road. It is adjacent to R- <br /> 26 3 zoned property and to Light Industrial.zoned property. <br /> 27 Page 1, line 41 after "Right now" add: "we are." <br /> 28 Page 2, line 3 delete "is the" and.add: "are no rental units." <br /> 29 Page 2, line 13 after "sides" add: "of the lot." <br /> 30 Page 2, lines 40-42: Commissioner Madden askedfor clarification regarding <br /> 31 Faust's question. Madded answered that the home on the west side of the <br /> 32 street is light industrial. <br /> 33 Page 4, line 11 change March 29 to March 19. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Brownell, second by Hansen to approve the minutes of the <br /> 36 October 16, 1990 Planning Commission minutes as amended. <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br /> 40 5. COMMISSIONER HANSEN TO REPRESENT PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 41 AT NOVEMBER 27, 1990 CITY COUNCIL MEETING. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Commissioner Hansen will attend the November 27 Council meeting. <br />
