ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SUBDIVISION WITHOUT PLATTING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the Planning Commission of the <br /> City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, May 21, 1991 at 8:05 P.M.. Public Hearings are held in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner of the <br /> building). The Planning Commission will meet to: <br /> Consider two requests by Advance Design Inc., for a parcel located in the 3100 block of <br /> 32nd Avenue N.E.: <br /> 1. Subdivision without platting of lot 12, Block 1, Bonnie-View Heights Addition <br /> to be split from one lot 68' X 298.33' into 2 lots of 68' X 134.15' each. Said <br /> new lots would have addresses of 3108-32nd Avenue N.E. and 3109 Townview. <br /> 2. Variance from the zoning ordinance as it relates to minimum lot width. <br /> Proposed lots are 68' wide where 75' minimum lot width is required. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place.
