Public Hearings are held <br /> in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner <br /> of the building). The Planning Commission will meet to: <br /> Consideration of a request from Garret Preussner for a variance of 13 feet 3 inches to allow <br /> for a front yard setback of 40 feet (ordinance.requires a minimum of 30 feet or equal to the <br /> average of the adjacent property) for the construction of an addition to the eadsting single <br /> family dwelling at 2917 31st Avenue Northeast. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place.
