Report of Councilmember Wanner <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Councilmember Wagner brought greetings from the Special <br /> 16 Olympians from St . Vincent . He noted they all were at the <br /> 17 airport to say good-bye when he and his wife left for <br /> 18 home . He will bring the photos he took to share with <br /> 19 members of the Council . <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Councilmember Wagner attended the Ramsey County League of <br /> 22 Local Government Meeting. Tax Increment was discussed and <br /> 23 he noted there is still confusion between cities and <br /> 24 counties . Nothing regarding this matter was resolved. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 2 . Report of Councilmember Fleming. • <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Councilmember Fleming attended the recent meeting of the <br /> 30 Northwest Youth and Family Services . The need for more <br /> 31 space and perhaps a new location was discussed. Locating <br /> 32 adjacent to a specific building in New Brighton is being <br /> 33 considered. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Councilmember Fleming quoted from the Northwest <br /> 36 Counseling Center ( a division of Northwest Youth and <br /> 37 Family Services ) 1992 yearend annual report . She noted <br /> 38 that out of a total of 295 new cases for 1992 , only 14 <br /> 39 were from the St . Anthony School District . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 3 . Report of Councilmember Marks <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Councilmember Marks had nothing to report at this time . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 4 . Report of Councilmember Enrooth <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Councilmember Enrooth attended the February 22nd Village <br /> 50 Fest meeting and he noted that there were many new people <br />
