PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The public hearing was opened at 7 : 05 P.M. . The notice of <br /> 11 the hearing appeared in the December 8, 1993 edition of the <br /> 12 St . Anthony Bulletin, <br /> 13 <br /> 14 A. Application for Relocation - 3515 Harding Street N.E. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Assistant Bellefuil informed the Commission that this <br /> 17 request was previously before the Commission and <br /> 18 subsequently the applicant withdrew his request . . At this <br /> 19 time, he is requesting to move an existing free standing <br /> 20 accessory structure. In addition to the move, the applicant <br /> 21 will also be changing the existing gravel surface to a hard <br /> 22 concrete surface. This proposed request meets all the <br /> 23 requirements of the ordinance. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Commissioner Madden asked what options the Commission had <br /> 26 with this request and the City Manager told him that the <br /> 27 request met the requirement conditions and the Commission. <br /> 28 didn' t have many options . The City Manager explained that <br /> 29, the ordinance states any time a building is moved, a public <br /> 30 hearing must take place and in this case an existing. garage <br /> 31 is being moved forward, so the applicant must apply for a <br /> 32 public hearing. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Commissioner Franzese inquired if the eave was included in <br /> 35 the requirement of being three feet from the property line . <br /> 36 The City Manager said any eave had to be three .feet from the <br /> 37 property line. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 . Commissioner Madden. asked if conditions could be attached to <br /> 40 the recommendation to the Council and the City Manager <br /> 41 responded yes . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The City Manager explained at the present time the applicant <br /> 44 has a gravel driveway and in the spring many complaints are <br /> 45 received of mud being in the street from the driveway. • <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br />
