MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 A. Petition for Sign Variance, Jake Cadwallader - Owner - <br /> .15 Reality World Cadwallader, 3800 Apache Lane. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Assistant Bellefuil indicated to the Commission that Mr. <br /> 18 Cadwallader had been requesting sign variance and since <br /> 4u g a g <br /> 19 October there has been no contact from Mr. Cadwallader. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The City Manager said Mr. Cadwallader does not have a sign <br /> 22 displayed at the present time. The Commission recommended <br /> 23 sending Mr. Cadwallader a letter telling him he was being <br /> 24 removed from the agenda. It was also suggested that the <br /> 25 mounting for the sign be taken down. • <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Commissioner Franzese inquired about the applicant ' s $100 <br /> 28 permit fee. She felt Mr. Cadwallader should .be notified <br /> 29 before his request was dropped. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Commissioner Makowske did communicate with Mr. Cadwallader <br /> 32 before the November meeting and he felt Mr. Cadwallader <br /> 33 would not come before the Commission until he had an <br /> 34 alternative plan and the Commissioner felt at this time he <br /> 35 did not . <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Faust and seconded by Makowske to remove Mr. <br /> 38 Cadwallader' s request from the future agendas - with the <br /> 39 exception that the Zoning Administrator take into <br /> 40 consideration the $100 fee already paid by Mr. Cadwallader <br /> 41 if he requests another permit . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 B.
