Notices of the public hearing <br /> 39 had been published in the St. Anthony Bulletin on April 6, 1994 and mailed to property <br /> 40 owners within 200 feet of the subject property. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Staff Report <br /> 43 <br /> Interim City Manger Hamer told the Commissioners of the previous hearing at which Mr. <br /> 5 Mercil requested a variance to put his house five feet from his property line at a 23 foot <br />
