CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 3111 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> The City of St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority 'SAHRA' formally applies to <br /> the St. Anthony City Council the following redevelopment plan: <br /> Proceed with the acquisition of the substandard house and land at 3111 Silver Lake Road in <br /> order to facilitate the process whereby a private developer will demolish the current house and <br /> construct a single family home in the manner the City prescribes. The process to acquire, <br /> demolish, and construct is consistent with the SAHRA policy to ensure the housing stock in <br /> the City is maintained and upgraded, and that instances of blight and substandard housing is <br /> renovated or redeveloped. <br /> The SAHRA proposes the method to finance the redevelopment plan through the use of excess <br /> reserve HRA funds. <br />
