ORDINANCE 1994-006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CORNER LOTS, <br /> AMENDING SECTION 1605.01 BY ADDING SUBD. 80 <br /> AND SUBD. 82; AND RELATING TO FENCES, AMENDING <br /> SECTION 1320.03, SUBD. 3 OF THE 1993 <br /> ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1605.01 Definitions is amended to add the following (and renumber <br /> subdivisions accordingly): <br /> Subd. 80. Yard. Exterior Side. A side yard which abuts a street or public right-of- <br /> way along the side lot line. <br /> Subd. 82. Yard. Interior Side. A side yard which abuts an adjacent side yard or back <br /> yard along the side lot line. <br /> Section 2. Section 1320.03, Requirements, shall read as follows: <br /> SSubd. 3. Fence Size. No fence shall be over 6 feet in height, and no fence in a front <br /> yard shall be over 4 feet in height. Height shall be measured from the natural grade, <br /> except that the height of a railing, wall, fence or screening affixed to a deck <br /> constructed on the ground but raised above ground level, will be measured from the <br /> elevation of the raised deck for that portion which is affixed to the raised deck.
