CITY OF'ST. ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony will hold a <br /> public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the sign ordinance on Tuesday, September <br /> 20, 1994, at 7:05 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible. Public Hearings are held in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner). <br /> Definition of a ground sign is changed to assure landscaping for ground signs; <br /> the height of ground signs is increased from 5 feet to 8 feet; the surface area of <br /> signs having one surface is increased from 20 to 34 square feet; the surface area <br /> of signs having two copy surfaces is increased from 32 to 68 square feet; and, <br /> buildings with two or more businesses are allowed 2 or more copy surfaces to <br /> total 80 square feet. The provisions of the sign ordinance relating to bonuses <br /> will be removed. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time and <br /> place. Questions regarding this matter may be referred to the City Manager, 789-8881. <br /> Auxiliary aids are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.
