CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present:.Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Morrison, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 27, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the September 27, 1994 Council Agenda with <br /> 12 the following changes: <br /> 13 Under X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS add E. Concerns expressed regarding Knox proposal. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 6 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the September 13, 1994 Council minutes, as <br /> presented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 PRESENTATION OF NATIONAL NIGHT OUT CERTIFICATES OF APPRECIATION <br /> 21 TO VOLUNTEERS. <br /> 22 Chief Engstrom presented Certificates of Appreciation to the following volunteers for their <br /> 23 contributions to the Crime Prevention and National Night Out Programs: <br /> 24 Paul Davis - Crime Prevention and National Night out 1994 <br /> 25 Kay March-Crime Prevention and National Night Out over the past 5 years <br /> 26 Vicki Shea- Crime Prevention and National Night Out over the past 5 years <br /> 27 Judy Maskowske -Crime Prevention and National Night Out 1994 <br /> 28 Honeywell Military Avionics and'Community Relations Council <br /> 29 Ron Overstreet-Director of Human Resources and Chairperson of the Community Relations <br /> 30 Council <br /> 31 Mario Romani -Manager Division Support Services, 3 years involvement in DARE, 2 years <br /> 32 involvement in Crime Prevention/National Nite Out <br /> Chief Engstrom congratulated and expressed his appreciation to all volunteers for their <br /> tremendous efforts put forth in this program.
