Mornson on the purchase of the <br /> house and lot at 3111 Silver Lake Road : I will be removing the <br /> existing home on the property soon after signing the Development <br /> Agreement . <br /> In order to rebuild a home on this. site , building variances must <br /> be granted . This lot is the same size as the . property I <br /> developed last year , ( formally 3112 Silver Lake Road ) . I am <br /> asking that the same variances be granted to this property as <br /> well . <br /> As you can see , on my plot the City owns a extra 6 ' on the North <br /> side , this makes for a very narrow lot . This is why a front se- <br /> back variance of 15 ' ' is needed .. Also , a rear set-back variance <br /> of 12 ' is in order , so that the house can be closer in line with <br /> the existing homes on that block . Because the lot is so long and <br /> narrow , a lot area variance of 440 square feet needs granting <br /> also . <br /> The house I propose to build will be similar in size to the one I <br /> build last year.;, which is now 2922 Townview . That home is 2641 <br /> sq . ft . , and lot' size of 10 ,56.0 sq . ft . ; which is under the <br /> 30% mark .of house-to-lot ratio . <br /> I received much positive feedback last year while building that <br /> new home . Many residents were stopping in to see the progress , <br /> and were excited to see some new construction in their community . <br /> I am looking forward to this project in your City , and hope you <br /> will approve these requests .
